Discovering new ways to be in relationship with our bodies as erotic beings. We get to observe the things that create blocks and begin to unblock by accessing our authentic self.
My intention is to help you create a sex positive relationship with yourself and others. I believe that our body holds onto more information than our head, lets work on getting those answers from your body so that you can achieve transformation!
What does Somatic mean?
Somatic comes from the word Soma, which means anything related to the body!
Practicing the language of the body..
Through somatic practice we use language to ask for what we desire authentically. The foundations of what I use is from modalities such as sexological bodywork, somatic coaching and the Wheel of Consent™
