What is a Somatic Sex & Intimacy Coaching Session?

Somatic sex & intimacy coaching is an interactive embodied experience that is based upon what is coming up around your body and erotic self.
Sometimes a session can include touch by practicing somatic exercises that engage our voices to ask for what we want, create limits and negotiate our boundaries.

What is Sacred Intimacy?

Sacred intimacy is a practice that involves learning and practicing body-based techniques to achieve pleasure, healing, and empowerment. It also involves exploring the intersections of science, sex, and spirit, and creating an erotic community

What kind of things do men work on with you?

Feeling disconnected sexually, premature ejaculation, erectile difficulties, body issues that affect us sexually, looking to build consent and limits around sex and the body. Looking to enhance sexual practices, sexual education, technique and intimacy building. Coming out, questioning, polyamory, open relating, difficulties in relationships (couples) and a lot more...

How long do sessions last?

I offer 4 types of sessions.

SSI (Somatic Sex & Intimacy Coaching) session which runs for 2 hours
SSI (Somatic Sex & Intimacy Coaching session virtual for 1 hr
Sacred Intimacy Session: 2 hrs to daylong retreats with JoJo.
Talk & Motion Coaching session: 1 hr - 2 hr sessions.

How many sessions do I need to book to help me?

That is up to you, typical frequency of sessions over a shorter period of time is beneficial, however some people work with me over a longer period of time. I suggest 3-5 sessions initially seem to work for most men.

What is a Talk & Motion session?

This is an opportunity to do a walking session with JoJo outdoors. Utilizing conversation and the sacred art of walking, which for many can be very cathartic. In this session you will be able to utilize your voice while moving at your pace.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. I normally see my clients in person at my studio in the San Francisco Bay Area, however I do offer sessions over zoom for people who live outside my area.

Do you work with couples?

Yes, I work with couples that are looking to strengthen their relationships. Topics such as polyamory, open relating, monogamy. Sexual, intimacy or communication issues are things we can work on together.

What kind of people do you work with?

Typically a large amount of people I work with are male identified and over the age of 40 years old, however I am work with all male identified people of every race, age, size and sexuality. Gay, bi, questioning, heterosexual, trans. All all welcomed.

Do you work with women?

Occasionally women feel safer working with a gay identified male and seek out to work with me. I also work with heterosexual couples with issues around sex and intimacy.
