Sacred intimacy can take countless forms, and it often means different things to different people. When someone asks me, “What is sacred intimacy?” my response is that it’s a deeply personal and unique experience, tailored to the individual.
In my work as a Sacred Intimate, I’ve held space for men navigating shame, trauma, and grief. I’ve also supported those seeking laughter, connection, and playful joy. Sacred intimacy is about allowing desires, needs, and hopes to gently unfold in a space of safety and acceptance.
During a session, I might step into many archetypes: the priest, the father, the son, or even the nurturing gay mother. This work is about service—being fully present for someone as they connect with their higher purpose, using their whole body as a gateway to discovery. Sacred intimacy is somatic, erotic, sensual, tender, and yes, sometimes even silly.
I’ve had the honor of working with men facing body image concerns, coming out later in life, or seeking connection without any intention of coming out at all. Others come simply to explore what it means to be intimately seen and held by another man.
For me, a sacred intimacy session feels much like time spent with a lover or a deeply trusted friend—someone with whom you can share the parts of yourself that remain hidden from most of the world.
Sacred intimacy is an invitation: to explore, to heal, to laugh, to play, and to embrace all of who you are.
